Terra dei Sogni is an organic wine with grapes from Corleone village, near Palermo. The soil is calcareous and when you are in the vineyard you see hills, creeks, woods. A beautiful landscape, breathtaking. Every year just the best grape will be selected and the wine is always elegant, with strong personality, and different every year: this is Vivera's art craft: be able to produce every year a unique wine. 2017 vintage is made of five varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Nerello Cappuccio. The aroma are complex : fruity and floral scents, such as blackcurrant and rose, juniper, time. The flavor is intense, velvety, deep and persistent. Drink at 18°C, now till 2027.
