Vinification. alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 6 to 8 days at a
temperature of 24-25° degrees, following malolactic fermentation.Refinement : a short
pause in steel before the bottling, made in the spring after the harvest. It can be
consumed and marketed after a few months of refinement. It is a ruby red wine with
violet reflections. The bouque is vinous, fruity, very intense, pleasant and persistent.
To the palate it is pleasantly dry, harmonious and velvety, with a slight almond aftertaste.
Combinations: It is excellent combined with warm starters, first courses, vegetables
and simple meat.
