The Grapes and the wine-making
The best grapes, amongst the Trebbiano variety, are hung from purpose-made structures in perfectly ventilated rooms where they are left to dry. Once dried the grapes are pressed and fermented. When the fermentation has finished the wine is moved into casks and left to mature for at least 5 years.

COLOUR Yellow, amber gold
AROMA Rich and intense with hints of ripe fruit, caramel and dried figs.
TASTE Slightly sweet, well structured with hints of ripe fruit and a long lasting aroma.
