The commander of the Terradonnà winery, this is the ultimate expression of the territory of Suvereto in a pure cabernet sauvignon. We have produced this wine since 2002, making us known in the world of wine. High quality is obtained with tenacity, and each year it is our greatest challenge.
PRODUCTION METHOD:
Manual selection of the best grapes in the vineyard, slow maceration in vitrified cement tanks for 24 days, malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels where it remains for 14 months. Refining in bottles for 30 months
TASTING NOTES:
With an impenetrable ruby red mantle, the bouquet is elegant and powerful, highlighting blackberry and cassis on a background of humus and fern; then there are hints of balsamic resins, coffee and cinnamon. It has remarkable structure with dense density of tannins. The alcohol component fits properly in the progression, contributing a generous flavor. Persistent and elegant finish.
