Origin Area: Valdobbiadene

Colour: straw-yellow.

Fragrance/Smell: gently mature fruity hints and typical presence of bread crust (due to the maturation on yeast).

Flavor/Taste: particular wine that is characterized by the absence of sugar, the flavor and the acidic hint distinguish themselves here and this last one gets soft in proportion to the wine maturation.

Vine: 100% Glera (ex-Prosecco)

Alcoholic strength: 11.0% vol
