Obtained from selected Sangiovese, Montepulciano,
and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the
vineyards of the Boschi Salviati estate in Monte
San Savino (Ar) and vinified following the Tuscan
tradition, with the use of modern technologies
such as controlled temperature. Maturation is
made in French oak barriques for 8-9 months, to
continue with bottle refining for at least 6 months.
