Grapes: 60% Sangiovese and 40% Canaiolo
Vinification: Vineyards of tuff and clay with an altitude of 200 meters. Breeding at double Guyot tipped with 5,000
plants per hectare. Pressed red grapes are left to macerate at a controlled temperature up to obtain the desired color,
after racking, fermentation continues in steel.
Tasting Notes:Striking pink color which sometimes reaches purple hues. Bouquet of fresh fruits and red flowers.
Vivacity, freshness and flavour make this wine easy to drink at every opportunity.
To serve with: It goes well with every entree, sliced but not too fat, simple and delicate dishes.
