Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
Vinification: Grapes picked and selected by hand at the beginning of October: Long maceration on the skins of about
12-15 days with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 24-26 ° in small steel tanks. Frequent replacements and
delestage.
Agiing: The wine ages for about 1 year in large 20 HL oak barrels. Aging of at least 6 months in the bottle.
Organoleptic notes: Intense ruby red color with light orange reflections. The nose is fragrant, with spicy and floral
notes, hints of fruits of the undergrowth, currants and vanilla. On the palate it is well structured, round and sapid.
Elegant and persistent aftertaste.
To serve with: The traditional austerity of the tannic texture of Sangiovese Tuscan goes very well with particularly
tasty dishes, especially juicy meats and strong aromas such as wild meats. Good also with medium-aged cheeses.
