Suesano is an extra virgin olive oil produced by DOP (Protected Designation of Origin )Terre Aurunche.
Obtained by olives from Bio farming, cold extraction and kneaded with nitrogen at controlled temperature just a few hours after the harvest. Thanks to this – and the mastership of our own oil-miller – we have obtained a very low acidity product that has retained much of its organoleptic characteristics.
Bright in colour with features of green, our oil has the scent of freshly mowed grass, artichoke and almond. It delights the palate with its chilly and fruity taste thanks to the mild climate and the volcanic nature of the ground.
It is best used as a condiment rather than for cooking in order to better enjoy all its aroma. Perfect with salads and even more with steak or tuna tartare or rare meat.
