Ruby coloured wine with purple glares, intense and pleasant smell, with a touch of raspberry and mulberry. A round and harmonious taste, medium body, with a fruity aftertaste.
Made from grapes of Sciscinoso a town in the region of..... in taly, grown and cropped in accordance with the principles of Bio farming.
Every single grape is hand picked and left fermenting at a temperature of 25 Celsius for a fortnight.
The wine is then left ageing in steel tanks for six months. It goes well with grilled and cured meat and cheese. Serve at 16 - 18°C temp.
