After few months of aging in bottle we can taste this special wine “ancestrale rosè col fondo” called Lieta Rosè. We can drink it clear to enjoy its beautiful colour.
Colour: soft pink with thin and lasting perlage.
On the nose: fruity and floral notes, citrus fruits notes, yeast and crust of bread.
Taste: in mouth it is intense, moderate body, and perfectly balanced with a good acidity. The yeast is in the bottom of the bottle, it gives smoothness and longevity.
Service Temperature: 6 - 8°C in large glasses.
Food Pairing: perfect for aperitif, excellent with pasta with tomato sauce, white meat like rabbit, fish like salmon, cheese, pizza, chocolate cakes and cream cakes.
