Production Zone
The vineyard is located in the area of Acciarella, in the township of Latina, about 2 kilometers from the sea.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in October, destemmed and crushed. The must is fermented for 15 to 18 days with frequent “délestages” (pumping over). After racking, the must is gently pressed. The wine is aged in tonneau, barrique then finished in the bottle.
