Subsequently, it will be necessary to send the bottles considered non-conforming through the return procedure to the headquarters of the Air wines (Producing Company) partner; the product or products must be returned with at least 2/3 of the contents and with original cap; the bottle or the bottles must be sent in the packaging of Air wines to preserve its integrity. Upon receipt of the bottles, the company will proceed to check the reported defect and, if confirmed, Air Wines will refund the relative bottles or replace them if required.
