Jellow pale and the nose is very intense with aromas of white flowers, and cedrus, lime and fresh fruits . In the palate very beautiful bubbles, minerality and freshness. Creamy and apple aromas appears with and ending almons flavor.
Perfect with fried fish , risotto, sushi or cured meat and salumi.
