Hand harvested with grapes selection starting end of September. Fermentation: in steel tanks with controlled temperature with frequent pumping; Aging: 12 months on lees in steel tank and 6 in bottle.
Ruby red color tending to purplish, the scent carries intense notes of violets, roses, red fruits. The palate is wrapped by ripe berries and sapid spicy notes. A wine with a good structure, elegant, with refined tannins. The finale is intense and a pleasant fruity flavor persists in the mouth. Excellent for the entire meal, with cold cuts and aged cheese appetizers, meat sauces, red meats, roasts, grilled meats or game.
