Variety: Verdicchio 100%; Vines: from 35 to 45 years, South-West exposure, 1000 vertical trellis plants/acre; Soil: clay-calcareous, yields 2,5 metric tons/acre. Hand harvested with grapes selection in mid-September. Fermentation and aging: 6 months in steel tank and 6 months in bottle.
Yellow straw color with hints of green, the bouquet has intense notes of white flowers acacia, peach flowers and citrus fruits, some notes of hydrocarbons as prelude to a very interesting evolution in the time. In the palate the taste of sapid mineral accompanied by pleasant citrus notes. Ideal for appetizers, first and second fish courses, shellfish and white meats.
