Floral bouquet and small red fruits. On the palate it is fresh and savory, with vibrant tannins and sustained acidity.
It goes well with Tuscan cold cuts, first courses with meat sauce and second courses of grilled meats.
Served fresh, it can accompany fish soup or cacciucco.
