Vinification:without skins, with soft pressing, immediate separation of stalks, and seeds, cold maceration and controlled- temperature fermentation.
Bottling: sterilized, cold bottling
Packaging:case with six bottles laid down
Colour: straw yellow colour, with palegreen reflections.
Perfume:fresh, fruity, flowery with note of golden apple and broom.
Taste: dry, fresh, with lightly bitter aftertaste, sapid, solid, well balanced.
Alcohols:12.5 x100 vol +/- 0.5
Total Acidity: 5.20 g/l.
Food complements: soups, white meat dishes, seafood, fresh cheese.
Serving temperature:10-12°
Preservation: it expresses its better characteristics if drunk during the vintage
