With over half a century of experience, we have found the right balance in the vineyard for this variety; in the winery we used soft pressing and a lot of cold to enhance the characteristic features of Fiano and to preserve the delicate citrus and tropical notes.
The story of the Fiano grape variety in Apulia region dates back to 8 centuries ago, when Frederick II asked for more Fiano wine during a feast. It produces white wines that are structured, complex and suitable for aging.
Tasting notes:
- Straw- yellow colour ;
– The nose is complex and evolves positively over time. It shows hints of apple , fennel , mint , lime, pear, hazelnut , almond, acacia and honey
– On the palate it is fresh and sapid
