The main purpose is to combine techniques compatible with environmental protection, ensuring the health of agricultural operators and consumers with the technical and economic needs of modern production systems. Voluntary integrated production is a system implemented through specific technical rules (regional integrated production regulations) for each crop and binding plant health indications including agronomic and phytosanitary practices and limitations in the choice of plant protection products and the number of treatments.
