Chardonnay Frizz. Provincia di Pavia IGT 2019

The Barbera grape, one of the most representative grape varieties in Piedmont, is cultivated on the sunniest hills in the Monferrato district, mainly in the provinces of Asti and Alessandria. Barbera d’Asti is a wine linked with old farming traditions which has succeeded, evolving and following new knowledge in the viticultural and oenological field, in responding to different modern needs and tastes.
Color: intense, bright and deep ruby red.
Fragrance: It is full to taste, intense and harmonious: when young it is vinous, very delicate and lightly fruity; maturity adds persistence, complexity and the richness of velvety tannins.
Taste: fresh, dry, lightly acid, medium bodied. In the mouth Barbera is immediate, and it presents itself as a round wine, well balanced in its different sensory components.
Serving suggestion: thanks to a nice acid note and a distinct drinkability, the DOCG Barbera d’Asti perfectly accompanies a complete meal. Matching best with meat dishes and game and ideal with cheeses, especially mature cheeses.
