Bonfanti Vini is a small wine company from Valpolicella, which started its business in the early 2000s with the purchase of a small farm of about 5 ha, well located at 350 meters above the sea level, in Quinzano Locality (Verona) in Valpolicella Doc. The excellent exposure of the vineyard, the surrounding environment consisting essentially of forests SIC (Sites of Community Interest) and as such immovable and unchangeable, the dough of the soil, of limestone nature and the care and attention placed by the winemakers in the whole vineyard, has allowed the growth of healthy vines and high quality .
All this allowed to enhance the features of the bottom using in the vineyard
those culture practices that allow the vine to achieve the fundamental balance to obtain high quality grapes thus abandoning synthetic products such as pesticides and herbicides. For this reason, the Bonfanti Agricultural Company can boast from 2017 of organic certification.
The harvesting and winemaking procedures are respectful of the rules and customs of Valpolicella and are carried out under the control and dictates of qualified winemakers.
The winery, located in the classic Valpolicella area in the municipality of Negrar, is equipped with containers of different nature and capacity: from stainless steel, to the oak of Slovenia, to the barrels and lately to the wooden barrels of 25 hl as a return to the authentic tradition of amarone. In this way it is possible to manage the winemaking and aging of the various wines in the important stages of their maturation.
In this way the company has grown and can offer the market products of the highest quality, also recognized by renowned wine guides.
Our range of wines includes Amarone del Valpolicella DOCG, Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Superior, Valpolicella Superior doc, Valpolicella DOC, which are wine-making and refined according to the guidelines of the disciplinary for wines of the Valpolicella.
In addition to the wines described above we produce, always on the instructions of our winemakers, a high-quality IGT called "LE GROTTE" (the yearbook of the best Italian wines has awarded it as the third wine of Italy) as well as an IGT of ready drink, which has obtained excellent HORECA and GDO customers. These products are marketed by the company of the group "BONFANTI VINI Srl", in addition to other products of the territory, the result of our careful choice, such as SOAVE, PROSECCO millesimato, MOSCATO FIOR D'ARANCIO of the euganei hills, which complete the range our offer.
