GRAPPA obtained from the pomaces of the Lacrima di morro d’alba grapes, distilled with the traditional bain-marie method which, slow and valuable, allows to better exhalt the typical aromas of the vineyard.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Bright transparent color, with initial hints of plum and flowers, to enrich its scent, aromas of rose and violet emerge, reminiscent of the original grape variety.
On the palate, a medium intense, dry and persistent flavor.
GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS:
Ideal for the end of the meal to "seal" the experience, but also excellent in combination with chocolate, dry sweets and sweets based on chocolate or fruit.

18 - 20 °C
