Raggio Rosso IGP Lazio 2021

Red table wine. The grapes are harvested in the second half of October, harvested by hand and the vinification takes place in steel with spontaneous fermentation of indigenous yeasts and a maceration of about 10 days together with the marc.
After a year in silos, the wine passes into the bottle without microfiltration.
2017 is characterized by its high degree of 14% vol, a deep ruby red color with purple reflections and an intense aroma with hints of cherry under alcohol.
The taste is persistent and elegant with a good balance between alcohol and acidity and spicy notes
Totale: € 27,00
